IntegraatioFest (aikaisemmin FysikerFest) on vuodesta 2000 asti järjestetty fysiikan ja nykyään myös matematiikan opiskelijoille suunnattu opiskelijakonferenssi. Festit järjestetään vuosittain eri kaupungissa ja tänä vuonna matkaamme Tampereelle 28.-30.10. Festit sisältävät asiapainotteisen päiväohjelman (luentoja, excuja, PLANCKS-fysiikkakilpailu ja IMC-matematiikkakilpailu) lisäksi railakasta iltaohjelmaa, kuten perinteiset festisitsit. Lisäksi Festit ovat oiva mahdollisuus tutustua matemaatikkoihin ja fyysikkoihin joka puolelta Suomea! LUE TÄMÄ HUOLELLISESTI ENNEN ILMOA: Festien osallistumismaksu koulumajoituksineen on 20€, minkä lisäksi voit osallistua sitseille 15€ hintaan. Jos et halua mukaan sitseille, samaan aikaan järjestetään myös korvaavaa toimintaa. Pyrimme järjestämään myös yhteisbussikyydin (Helsinki-Tampere-Helsinki) Resonanssin ja mahdollisesti Fyysikkokillan kanssa, joka kustantaa noin 20€. Itse Festeille osallistumiselle ei ole osallistumisrajaa, ainoastaan sitsi- ja bussipaikkoja on rajallinen määrä. Matrixin jäsenille on varattu vähintään 20 sitsipaikkaa ja 25 bussipaikkaa. Alla näkyvä ilmoittautumisraja on siis häilyvä ilmoittautujien valinnoista ja muiden järjestöjen osallistujista riippuen. Kannattaa siis ehdottomasti ilmoittautua myös varasijoille. Ilmoittautumislomakkeessa voit ilmoittaa sitsiosallistumisen ja bussikyydin lisäksi, mikäli haluat osallistua PLANCKS- tai IMC-karsintoihin. PLANCKS (Physics League Across Numerous Countries for Kick-ass Students) on kansainvälinen fysiikka kilpailu ja IMC (International Mathematics Competition for University Students) puolestaan kansainvälinen matematiikkakilpailu. Lisätietoa näistä voit etsiä esim. Googlesta. Ilmoittautumisessa kartoitetaan myös halukkaita posterisessioon. Posterisessioon osallistuminen tarkoittaa sitä, että teet tieteellisen julisteen haluamastasi aiheesta ja esittelet posterisi IntegraatioFesteillä. ---------------- IntegraatioFest (earlier FysikerFest) is a physics and mathematics student conference, that has been arranged since 2000! The IntegraatioFest or "Festit" happen in a different city every year and this year we'll travel to Tampere on 28.-30.10.2022. There is a lot of different kind of programme, like lectures, excursions, PLANCKS-physics contest, IMC mathematics contest and also some evening activities, like sitsit. This is also a wonderful chance to get to know mathematicians and physicist all over Finland! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTRATION: The cost of the conference weekend is 20€ including acommodation. The price of the sitsit cost additional 15€ if you want to join. If you don't want to join the sitsit, there will be other activity during the same time, so don't worry. We try to arrange a bus ride with Resonanssi and maybe even Fyysikkokilta from Helsinki to Tampere and back, which will cost an additional 20€. There are at least 20 spots to the sitsit and 25 seats in the bus available for member of Matrix, but you can also sign up even if the event is full. More places might open up. In the sign up, in addition to the sitsti and bus information, you can specify if you want to join the PLANCKS or IMC competition. PLANCKS (Physics League Across Numerous Countries for Kick-ass Students) is a international competition for physics students and IMC (International Mathematics Competition for University Students) is one for mathematics students. You can find more info about these by googling. In the sign up, we will also ask if you want to join the poster session. This means that if you want to join, you will make a scientific poster about a subject of your choosing and will present the poster to others at IntegraatioFest.
