Welcome to celebrate the 29th anniversary of Matrix ry on Friday, March 1st, at Alina Hall in the New Student House, Mannerheimintie 5! The festivities will commence with a cocktail reception at 4 PM, followed by the seated dinner at 6 PM. The ticket prices for the anniversary are €50 for students, €65 for others, and €80 for supporting members. Registration for the event is done through kide.app. Registration opens on Thursday February 1st at 12 PM and closes on Thursday February 15th at 12 PM. Cocktail Bites: Crostini mediterranei con hummus (V) – Mediterranean crostini with hummus, olives, tomato, parsley Crostata salata ai carciofi e pomodori secchi (V) – Artichoke and sun-dried tomato tartlet pieces Tartellette con crema di zucca e noci (V) – Pumpkin cream and walnut-filled tartlets Appetizer: Insalata ai funghi e pistacchi (V G) – Mushroom and pistachio salad with cherry tomatoes, arugula, roasted pumpkin seeds, and pistachio dressing Focaccia al rosmarino (V) – Rosemary focaccia Main Course: Lasagne al pesto fresco e tofu (V) – Fresh pesto and tofu lasagna Dessert: Pannacotta ai frutti di bosco (V G) – Pannacotta with fresh berries and strawberry sauce The dress code for the celebration is formal or black tie with honorary academic decorations. The afterparty will be held at Klusteri, Leppäsuonkatu 11, as usual. The herring breakfast will take place in the rooftop sauna at Sivistys, Leppäsuonkatu 11, on Saturday, March 2nd. The breakfast costs 15€ and the registration is done through the same link as the anniversary party registration.
