The tradition spanning over a thousand years continues once again… TKO-äly x Matrix tistiS! Welcome to celebrate the opening of the New Student House in Alina Hall on Thursday, May 14th. The theme of the table party is academic opening ceremony. Through careful financial management and successful investments, HYY has managed to acquire a culturally and historically significant building for student use right in the heart of Helsinki. The program will feature a speech by representatives of HYY, so it is definitely time to celebrate properly. This time, in the spirit of a new future, the festivities promise to be especially lively compared to tradition. tistiS, or reverse sitsit, is an academic table party that begins with dessert and proceeds in reverse order, ending with the welcome speech. This is not an event you will want to miss, since no one knows what the future holds. It remains to be seen whether the first sitsit held in Alina will also be its last. The celebration will of course begin with a pre-party at location X at time X. You can come admire the new Alina Hall from 17:30, and guests should be seated at the tables by 18:00 at the latest. Everyone from Kumpula is warmly welcome to join. Registration opens to all on May 6 at 12:00 on TKO-äly's website: https://members.tko-aly.fi/calendar_events/view/2963.
