The general fall meeting for Matrix is coming up on Wednesday the 26th of November at 4 PM in Exactum room C323. In the meeting, the board for 2026 will be chosen including the chair, vice chair, treasurer, secretary, up to 6 other members of the board and up to 6 vice members of the board. We will also go through the plan of action and budget for the year 2026. In addition to this, we will also select one anniversary party master and three fresher and tutor coordinators for the year 2026. Furthermore, we'll update the board ribbon guideline in the meeting if needed and discuss any other matters. All Matrix members are welcome to come to the meeting! The official members have a right to a vote at the meeting, and all non-voting/auxiliary members have a right to attend. Before the meeting, please make sure on the website on your own page that you are an official member of Matrix, if you wish to vote or apply for some position. If you haven’t paid the membership fee yet, but wish to apply for a position, please contact vice chair Anni Nurmi as soon as possible. If you can’t make it to the meeting but would like to apply for a position, you can send a power of attorney to the chair of the board before the meeting.
